Convenient location, very courteous staff. 100 feet away from the hotel there is Jin Din Rou, which is a good dining choice. Quick laundry service. Nice place for your vacations in Taipei.

We had a great time staying at this hotel. The staff was incredibly helpful and polite, always ready to assist us with anything we needed. The hotel's location was perfect, situated in the heart of the city with great transportation options. Just a short walk away were lots of high end shops and wonderful restaurants that we enjoyed.
Don't have any issues at all.

Food availability just downstair and all around the hotel. But breakfast menu is poor. However the room cleanliness make up for the poor breakfast. Also night life is good in this area as there are many night clubs and dance disco in this area.
Two morning I ordered half boiled eggs for breakfast but both morning they gave me hard-boiled eggs instead of half boiled even I gave specific instruction that the eggs need only be soaked in boiled water for 5 minutes. They cannot do it right and replied that nobody in Taiwan ever eat half-boiled eggs but full hard-boiled eggs or fried eggs only.

Almost same breakfast everyday. I wish they can have a variety of breakfast meals.

This hotel is conveniently located near the Zhongshan MRT station, which makes it easy to travel around Taipei's tourist sights. the rooms are comfortable with great decor and friendly staff. the breakfast is delicious and offers local dishes like Japanese rice. the staff is helpful and accommodating in providing extra towels and replenishing snacks in the room.
The hotel lacks proper soundproofing, and it is possible to hear noises from the adjacent rooms.

Staff were extremely friendly:) my bday was during the stay and they got me a cute cake which i appreciate much. Other than the room i stayed had no windows, the hotel was fine. Five mins walk to Zhongshan MRT station, the neighbourhood is pretty safe n quiet. Breakfast was alright. The facilities were all clean and brand new.
No windows but they said other rooms have windows??

My family of 4 stayed at the Tokyo International in August of 2011. Our room was a family suite with 2 full size beds. The room was in great condition having been recently renovated. It was spacious with a refrigerator, safe, large tv, and very nice bathroom. The breakfast buffet consisted mainly of Asian dishes which changed daily. Selection was good. The hotel is located approximately 5 blocks from the nearest mrt station. There are a few restaurants near the hotel as well as many 7 Eleven and Family Mart convenience stores. What sets this hotel apart from any other hotel I've ever stayed at is the staff. They are easily the friendliest and most helpful staff that I've ever encountered in my travels. All speak English as well as Japanese and Mandarin.

Great Xmas stay! Enjoyed the complimentary breakfast and free laundry service. the staff was friendly and helpful. Best aspects: the hotel is located in a busy area with lots of restaurants and shops. It was a short walk to the subway station and tourist attractions. Also appreciated the spacious room with comfortable bed.
My only issue was that the bathroom was a bit small and cramped, but it was still clean and functional.

The location was fantastic, situated in a busy district with easy access to public transportation. It was also close to many shops and restaurants, making it convenient for exploring the area. The staff here were exceptional, always there to greet me with a warm and friendly service. They were knowledgeable and accommodating, providing me with valuable information and ensuring my comfort throughout my stay. The room amenities were top-notch, with a well-stocked mini-bar, a comfortable sitting area, and a variety of free toiletries. The room itself was spacious and well-equipped with an electric kettle, an AM/FM alarm clock, a telephone, and a flat-screen TV. The carpeted floor added a touch of luxury to the room, and the dining area was a great place to enjoy a meal.
I highly recommend this place to others. The location is great, the service is fantastic, and the room amenities are excellent.

We were with a group of friends. We all agree the front desk staffs are really the friendliest we have encountered in this region. They are genuinely courteous and extremely helpful. The room is of a decent size and the bathroom has a electronic bidet. There are decent food outlet around and plenty of night entertainment too. We will definitely come back again. Well done.
My only one complain is the washroom do not smell very good. Thank you.

We had a pleasant stay at the hotel with very helpful and friendly staff, and a clean and modern room.
The hotel is a bit far away from metro station, but this is less of our concerns, as we went for taxi...
